Sedan wings are made from .063-inch thick aluminum. This thickness provides plenty of strength without unnecessary weight. They are cut, formed, fitted, and drilled for countersunk rivets prior to being shipped to you. Upon receipt, all that is required of you is to rivet the sides onto the wing top using the pre-drilled holes and the flush pop-rivets which are included. The wings can be painted, polished, or left raw.
Wings are available either as bolt-on (using screws or rivets of your choosing) or with weld-on DZUS tabs and buttons (included when that style is ordered). Style must be chosen at time of order.
Wing sides are formed with a brake along the top edge for strength, another brake along the center line to shape it to the body, and a bevel along the curved edge for a nice finished look.
Trailing edge of wing is turned down and is notched in the traditional Big Wig Race Cars' style unless otherwise requested. This notch was originally done on David Crow's Pro-Stock Ghia to provide room for the parachute, but I thought it looked so cool, now I do it on them all.

Flared holes optionFlared holes can be added to the wing to allow air to pass through for engine cooling or feeding carbs. This is good for street sedans running with a decklid offsets. Add these holes for $50. Add your wing to your shopping cart, then add the flared holes as a separate shopping cart item, and check-out using the standard secure process. (wing shown below is weld-on DZUS tab style)
