All door and quarter panels are made from lightweight .032-inch aluminum unless otherwise noted. These panels are designed to be installed with screws and finishing washers, which are included with each order.  Prices below are PER SET of panels.

The panels come fully bead rolled with nearly unlimited design choices.  A unique feature of the Big Wig Race Cars’ panels is that they have a very slight bevel rolled around the entire perimeter of each piece, giving the finished panel a very professional look and allowing it to sit tight against the mounting surface for a flat, rattle-free fit.

Door and quarter panel sets come already drilled for #6 screws, which are also included.  Holes for door handles, window cranks, or switches can be cut at no additional charge.

Each piece is covered in protective white plastic sheeting throughout all the marking, cutting, and beading operations to prevent scratches.  After fabrication, I remove the plastic, and wax each piece with a spray-on stainless steel cleaner/wax/polish.  The bare aluminum will look amazing in its raw finish!  The wax gives the panels a beautiful semi-gloss look, prevents the aluminum from oxidizing, and is easy to re-apply periodically if you want to leave the aluminum bare.

Brushed, anodized, painted, or powdercoated finishes are not available from me, but could be done by you upon receipt if so desired.

FAQ:

1. Is pricing for single panels or for set of panels?  - All prices above are for complete sets.  Pull handles are priced per pair.
2. Will these work with roll-up windows?  - The panel will not interfere with the window.  However, you will need to come up with your own solution for an inside window scraper if you still need that.  The panels all have a 5/8” lip along the top outside edge that drops down into the window channel.  In some cases the factory scraper can be attached to this lip, or you could attach a universal weatherstrip to that edge if needed, but that would be completely up to you.
3. How do I specify which design I want? – After I get your order, I will email you to confirm the order and ask which design you want.  Just make sure you are ordering the correct pricing category - BLANK, BASIC or PREMIUM designs, based on the examples shown thoughout this page.
4. When will I get my panels? – Typically, 4-5 weeks from order until ship, plus shipping time.  I use FedEx ground and these ship from Austin, TX.
5. Can you do other designs not shown above? – Definitely. Email me to inquire about a custom design.  Nearly anything is possible.  I have done hundreds of sets of door panels for various cars, with designs from very mild to very wild.
